Client Appointment Guidelines
Thank you for choosing Andrea’s Gifted Hands Hair Services. To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review the following guidelines before your appointment:
1. Hair Preparation
Please arrive with your hair washed, detangled, and blow-dried. Currently, we do not offer hair washing services. If we need to detangle or blow-dry your hair, an additional $25 fee will be applied to your bill.
2. Product-Free Hair
To achieve the best styling results, please arrive with product-free hair. While we understand the importance of nourishing your hair, arriving without oils or moisturizers allows us to work more effectively and deliver optimal results.
3. Bring Your Own Hair
Please ensure you bring the necessary hair for your service. We currently do not provide hair. If you’re unable to purchase it yourself, we can assist for a $40 fee, which covers the cost of the hair and our time.
4. Preferred Hair Type
We recommend using pre-stretched Expression braiding hair for the best results. While we will do our best with the hair you provide, please note that the final outcome may vary depending on the type and quality of the hair used.
5. Timeliness
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your bill. If we are more than 15 minutes behind schedule, you will receive $10 off your service as a courtesy.

We’re so excited to have you in the chair at Andrea’s Gifted Hands Hair Services! To help everything go smoothly and ensure you get the service you deserve, please review our booking policies below:
✨ Appointments
To give each client the time and care they deserve, all appointments must be booked at least 2 business days in advance. This allows us to prepare properly and keep everything running smoothly.
💳 Deposits
When you book your appointment, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot.
Your deposit applies to your final total and ensures that your time is reserved exclusively for you!
❌ Cancellations
We understand things happen! If you need to cancel, you’ll have 24 hours to reschedule and transfer your deposit to a new date.
If you don’t rebook within that time, you’ll need to make a new deposit when booking again.
If for any reason we need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit within 24 business hours.
