SHIPPING, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
SHIPPING
We are currently shipping within Canada and the USA. Orders are processed within three business days. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number upon request so that you can check the status of your order.
Due to COVID-19 safety measures, your order may arrive 1-2 weeks after shipment confirmation. This can alter at any given time, meaning it can arrive earlier or later. Our objective is to provide you with the BEST results regarding our products.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If your choice is to return your product because you weren’t satisfied with it, you have 7 business days to ship and return your item (s). Within those 7 days, you must not wait until the last day to act.
You must make sure that all items have not been worn and are in decent condition in order for us to do an exchange. If we have concluded that items are not in proper condition, we will not do an exchange, the product will be sent back to you at a shipping cost that you will have to pay. You have the right to accept it or deny it.
We do not have to issue an exchange, however, Andrea’s Beauty Collection goal is to make all of our wonderful customers smile. So please, let us work together in love, respect and understanding.
REFUND
Before making any purchase, we advise that you look over your order to make sure that it is precise and is what you truly desire. Once payment is processed, there will be no refund, only exchange.
